Field Service Application is devoted to technicians, handling their day by day assignments whereas working at the buyer's website.
All data related to the onsite visit is entered in the type of a report and synchronized on the back-end upon completion.
The application permits the person to:
- view a structured record of duties
- observe the progress when solving tasks
- report activity completion by collecting all related documentation
Field Service Application is solely utilized by the permanent staff of one specific customer of Fieldcode.
It will ask for the technician's permission to access the placement (GPS) data with preliminary login.
The technician's current location knowledge is used to see their assigned jobs in the map operate.
The latest location can be submitted while the app. is used in the background to plan the same day actions by the back office and to fulfil and handle contractual obligations of the shoppers.
