TamoSoft Throughput Test is a utility for testing the performance of a Wi-Fi community. This utility continuously sends TCP and UDP data streams throughout your community and computes important metrics. To perform a throughput take a look at, the appliance uses two elements: a server and a shopper. The server part of the applying listens for connections from the shopper, and the consumer connects to the server. Once the connection has been established, the consumer and server send data in both directions, and the shopper part of the appliance computes and shows the network metrics. The server half is freely available for Windows and Mac OS at www.tamos.com.
Install the server half on the wired aspect of your community, and then use this shopper part operating in your Android gadget to measure performance. Enter the IPv4 or IPv6 address of the server and click Connect. The consumer will attempt to hook up with the server, and if the connection is successful, continuous throughput testing will start. Swipe the chart to see TCP and UDP throughput, UDP loss, and spherical-trip time. Full documentation is available here.
