The BLKB Login App only works in connection with BLKB E-Banking or BLKB Mobile Banking.
One-time activation:
To complete the login process for e-banking or mobile banking with To use the BLKB login app, you need to activate your e-banking contract in the app once.
Customers who have previously used the mTAN or matrix card procedure will be prompted by BLKB in e-banking in due course to to activate the contract. Customers who have concluded a new e-banking contract, please consult their e-banking documents to set up their contract.
Login confirmation:
After activating the e-banking contract in the login app, log into e-banking with your e-banking contract number and password. You will then be asked to confirm your login process on your smartphone. This is followed by a biometric check or by entering your personal PIN. This provides additional protection during the login process.
Sign payment:
To sign a payment, check the payment under pending payments in e-banking as before and start the Confirm payment function . You will be prompted to check your payment details and confirm the payment on your smartphone.
Forgot your PIN:
If you no longer know your PIN and have blocked the e-banking contract, you must You reactivate the e-banking contract in the login app. For activation, please take the original mosaic letter to hand or contact the helpdesk: 41 (0)61 925 95 ninety nine.
